1.3 — Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your 786ba account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. You must keep your account information up to date. Providing false information during registration, or subsequently amending your account information to contain false data, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of any pending withdrawals.
1.4 — Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786ba account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access to your credentials — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786ba support immediately and change your password. 786ba will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

3.3 — Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the offer's terms. If the wagering requirement associated with a bonus has not been met before the bonus expires, both the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their accounts.

4.2 — Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of 786ba content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
4.3 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market.
